Homemade quiche with rich pesto, creamy goat cheese, and tangy sun-dried tomatoes. Elevate your entertaining game with this luxurious flavor trio.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 8 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into strips
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), then generously spread pesto on the bottom of the pie crust and top with a generous sprinkle of creamy goat cheese.
  • Whisk eggs, half-and-half cream, and flour in a large bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the goat cheese in the pie crust and top with sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
