Elevate your holiday ham with a tantalizing pineapple and cinnamon glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. In a saucepan, whisk together vinegar, water, honey, and mustard. Add the brown sugar mixture to the saucepan and whisk until blended. Turn up the heat to medium-high, stir in crushed pineapple, and bring to a boil, constantly whisking until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
