Pizza Shapes party dip

Irresistible cream cheese dip loaded with crushed Pizza Shapes and topped with pepperoni for a cheesy delight!
Ingredients:
  • 250g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
  • 85g (1/3 cup) sour cream
  • 25g (1/3 cup) finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 40g (1/2 cup) crushed Arnott’s Pizza Shapes, plus extra, to serve
  • 250ml (1 cup) Mutti Tomato Passata
  • 150g (1 1/2 cups) grated pizza cheese blend
  • 50g sliced pepperoni
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 62.50 ml fresh basil leaves
  • Capsicum, deseeded, cut into strips, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 180C (160C fan forced).
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, oregano, and garlic in a bowl. Gently stir in crushed Pizza Shapes. Spread the mixture evenly into a 20cm round ovenproof baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Spread the passata over the creamy cheese layer and season to perfection. Sprinkle generously with pizza cheese, then layer the pepperoni and tomato. Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish generously with fragrant basil. Enjoy alongside fresh capsicum and additional Pizza Shapes for a delightful presentation.
