Popping rocky road Easter eggs

Rocky road Easter eggs loaded with marshmallows, popping candy, and Smarties - a fun and delicious treat for kids to decorate with their favorite sweets!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 200g blocks milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 x 200g blocks dark chocolate, chopped
  • 42.50 gm desiccated coconut
  • 82.50 ml granulated nuts
  • 3 x 55g Turkish Delight chocolate bars, chopped
  • 2 x 100g packets mini marshmallows
  • 40.00 ml mini Smarties
  • 40.00 ml Popping Topping
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 23cm x 33cm baking tray by greasing it and lining the base and sides with baking paper, making sure to extend the paper 2cm above all sides of the tray.
  • Combine milk chocolate and 200g dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring each time. Stir in coconut, nuts, Turkish Delight, and most of the marshmallows. Spread mixture evenly into the pan and chill until set, about 20 minutes.
  • Put the rest of the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Drizzle half of the chocolate over the rocky road. Top with Smarties, popping candy, and the rest of the marshmallows. Drizzle with the remaining chocolate. Let it stand for an hour until set.
  • Remove the rocky road from the pan and cut out shapes using a 6.5cm Easter egg-shaped cutter. Enjoy your beautifully sculpted treats!
