Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (6 ounce) bone-in center pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Creamy Poblano & Queso Soup
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Season the pork with salt and black pepper, then rub it with the chili powder mixture.
  • In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook pork for 6 minutes until golden on both sides. Remove pork from skillet and discard any excess fat.
  • Combine soup and milk in a skillet, bring to a boil. Add pork back to skillet, simmer covered until cooked through. Serve with sauce and cilantro sprinkle.
