Baked pork chops with tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms. Melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness for the whole family!
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion
  • 4 thick cut boneless pork chops
  • 10 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking.
  • Arrange thick slices of onion on the bottom of a casserole dish. Place pork chops on top of the onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top the pork chops with a generous amount of sliced mushrooms, then drizzle the stewed tomatoes over the entire dish.
  • After baking covered for 1 hour, uncover and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
