Tender pork cubes coated in a flavorful breading, cooked to perfection in a Dutch oven.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pounds boneless pork butt roast, cubed
  • 0.25 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 2 yellow onions, chopped
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a Dutch oven over high heat, brown the pork on all sides in hot oil. Pour in the wine, coat pork with bread crumbs. Combine onions, shallots, garlic, and parsley in a bowl, then sprinkle over the meat.
  • Place the Dutch oven in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and add the stock. Cover and bake for an additional 50 minutes. Uncover, raise the heat to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of vinegar.
