Whip up a quick and delicious stir-fry in under 30 minutes using a hot wok.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml vegetable stock
  • 10.80 gm hoisin sauce
  • 10.60 gm reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 10.00 gm ginger spice blend
  • 300g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 brown onion, halved, cut into wedges
  • 2 red capsicums, deseeded, cut into strips
  • 150g snow peas, halved lengthways
  • 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
  • 800.00 gm steamed Basmati rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the stock, hoisin, and soy sauce in a bowl and leave it aside.
  • Preheat a large wok over high heat. Add half of the pork in 2 teaspoons of oil with the ginger blend and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Set aside and repeat with the remaining pork.
  • Stir-fry the onion in the remaining olive oil for 2 minutes, then add the capsicum, snow peas, and broccolini. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes before returning the pork with the stock mixture. Continue to stir-fry for 2 more minutes or until heated through.
  • Present the flavorful stir-fry alongside the fluffy steamed rice.
