Roast pork tenderloin with fragrant rosemary, garlic, and pepper for a quick and elegant meal. Ready in just 35 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • Cooking spray for greasing pan
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 3/4 lb)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and generously spray an 8-inch square or 11x7-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Peel and mince the garlic. Season all sides of the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. Massage the rosemary and minced garlic onto the pork. Transfer the pork into the pan.
  • Bake until pork is beautifully pink in the center and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, approximately 20-30 minutes. Slice pork thinly crosswise.
