Elevate bacon with a sweet and crunchy pecan brown sugar topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb bacon (8 slices)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil, topped with a wire rack.
  • Lay out the bacon in a single layer on a rack and bake for 20 minutes. While the bacon is baking, combine brown sugar and pecans in a small bowl.
  • Flip the bacon and generously sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until beautifully golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely for about 15 minutes before serving.
