Ingredients:
  • 2 x 26cm purchased pizza bases
  • 80.00 gm basil pesto
  • 500g green prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 300g Danish feta, crumbled
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, sliced lengthways
  • 50g baby spinach
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 220°C. Spread the pesto evenly on each pizza base. Top with prawns and feta, distributing them evenly over the bases.
  • Arrange tomato slices over each pizza, then bake for 15 minutes until the crust is crispy and golden. Garnish with spinach and serve promptly.
