Prawns with mango & chilli lime dip

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and finely chopped
  • 123.75 gm mayonnaise
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1kg cooked prawns
Instructions:
  • Combine mango, mayonnaise, chili, chives, and lime juice in a bowl.
  • Mix until fully blended. Cover and chill until needed to enhance the flavors as they develop with time.
  • Keep the prawns' tails on while peeling them and serve with the mango dip.
