Prosciutto and fig-wrapped brie

Impress guests with easy crowd-pleasing prosciutto-wrapped brie appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 200g whole double brie or triple cream brie
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 20.00 ml rosemary sprigs
  • 2-19.80 gm fig jam
  • 100g Gourmet Selection Prosciutto
  • Crusty baguette slices or toast, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170C/150C fan-forced and line an oven tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • Create incisions on the cheese's surface. Fill the cuts with garlic and rosemary. Spread jam on top of the cheese. Wrap the cheese in prosciutto meticulously, making sure there are no openings.
  • Lay the cheese on the tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until the prosciutto crisps lightly and the cheese warms through. Enjoy with crusty baguette.
