Delicious pull-apart bread filled with pepperoni and gooey mozzarella, perfect for sharing with a group. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Ingredients:
  • 12 (6 inch) sandwich rolls
  • 1 (6 ounce) package pepperoni slices
  • 16 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Create 5 deep vertical cuts in the rolls while keeping them connected.
  • Take each pepperoni slice, fold it in half, and stuff it into the vertical slices. Cut each piece of mozzarella cheese in half, then stuff into the vertical slices. Drizzle the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs and garlic.
  • Bake until the mozzarella is melted, approximately 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
