Jumpstart bread baking with frozen cinnamon rolls for a delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 6 frozen cinnamon rolls (from 36.5-oz bag)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 175°F. Place the rolls on a cutting board and allow them to sit for 10 minutes or until partially thawed.
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, gently warm brown sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring continuously until the butter melts. Add corn syrup and whipping cream, mixing well. Pour the luscious brown sugar mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan, ensuring the bottom is fully coated.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll in half and place them in the pan on top of the brown sugar mixture. Cover the pan with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray, then allow the rolls to rise in the turned-off oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the loaf has doubled in size and reaches within 1 inch of the top of the pan. Remove from the oven.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Unwrap the loaf and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Invert a heatproof tray or serving plate over the pan, flip it over, and let it sit for 1 minute to allow caramel to drizzle over the loaf. Remove the pan and serve the warm loaf.
