Ingredients:
  • 1 (29 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (2 ounce) package dry pectin
  • 4.5 cups white sugar
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and dry pectin. Bring to a boil, then quickly stir in sugar. Boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and transfer to sterile containers. Seal and refrigerate until ready to serve.
