Colorful red cabbage slaw with cranberries, carrots, and walnuts - light, creamy, and crunchy side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
  • 0.5 cup grated carrot
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon milk, or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, cranberries, walnuts, milk, cider vinegar, and sugar until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator, covered, for about 4 hours before serving.
