Easy and delicious roll-ups made with store-bought dressing and deli ingredients for a quick and tasty appetizer or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar ranch dressing
  • 2 flour tortillas (7- to 8-inch)
  • 2 large leaf lettuce leaves, torn to fit tortilla
  • 4 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 4 slices (3/4 oz each) Swiss cheese product
  • 2 teaspoons diced red onion
  • Pickle wedges, if desired
Instructions:
  • Spread a generous tablespoon of dressing onto each tortilla, ensuring full coverage. Add a crisp lettuce leaf and half of the beef, cheese, and onion on top. Roll up each tortilla tightly for a delicious finish.
  • Cut the rolls into 1-inch slices and secure each with a cocktail toothpick. Serve with pickle wedges.
