Vibrant and flavorful sandwich that will have your coworkers drooling with envy.
Ingredients:
  • 4 thick slices white bread
  • 93.60 gm Obela Wholegrain Mustard Spread 375g
  • 2 iceberg or cos lettuce leaves
  • 100g thinly sliced rare roast beef
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 8 pieces semi-dried tomato, drained
Instructions:
  • Generously coat 2 bread slices with 2 tablespoons of Obela Wholegrain Mustard Hommus each.
  • Layer lettuce, beef, onion, and tomato on top. Season to taste. Place remaining slices of bread on top and gently press down. Finally, cut in half before serving.
