Whip up delicious roast beef sliders with just a few ingredients for a quick and tasty game day snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 serving cooking spray
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 (8 ounce) package thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 slider buns
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cut the rolls in half vertically without fully separating them. Remove the top layer and set aside. Arrange the bottom halves in the dish. Top with layers of roast beef and cheese.
  • In a small skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in oil until soft, for about 5 minutes. Spread the cooked pepper mixture over the cheese and beef, then top with the rolls.
  • Combine melted butter with garlic powder, adobo seasoning, and Italian seasoning until well mixed. Brush the flavorful butter mixture on the tops of the rolls, allowing any excess to drizzle over the sides.
  • Place in the preheated oven until the cheese becomes gooey, for about 15 minutes. Use a serrated knife to cut each roll into a sandwich. Serve while warm.
