Elevate chocolate ice cream with mini marshmallows, chocolate biscuits, and glace cherries for a fun kids' party treat.
Ingredients:
  • 200g packet chocolate Monte biscuits, chopped
  • 250.00 ml mini marshmallows (vanilla and strawberry)
  • 100g glace cherry
  • 2 litres chocolate ice-cream, softened (see note)
  • Mini marshmallows, extra, to serve
  • Milk chocolate, grated, to serve
Instructions:
  • Gently mix biscuits, marshmallows, and cherries into the ice cream. Transfer the mixture into a container. Alternatively, you can use a greased and lined 22cm round springform pan or a 7cm-deep, 10cm x 20cm loaf pan. Smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap to avoid ice crystals. Freeze overnight or until solid. Before serving, take the ice cream out of the freezer 5 minutes in advance. Enjoy with extra marshmallows and chocolate on top.
