Salmon and noodle laksa

Indulge in a delightful salmon laksa for lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 250g fresh hokkien noodles
  • 1L Real Soup Base – Malaysian
  • 270ml can coconut milk
  • 400g skinless, boneless salmon fillets, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, chopped
  • 250.00 ml bean sprouts
  • 125.00 ml chopped coriander
Instructions:
  • Separate noodles by rinsing under warm water and then drain well.
  • In a medium saucepan, mix Campbell's Real Soup Base-Malaysian with coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add salmon and simmer for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Stir in noodles and pak choy, then remove from heat.
  • Garnish soup with bean sprouts and fresh coriander before serving.
