Bake salmon in zesty lemon dill butter, a quick and light dish bursting with fresh flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Collect all the necessary ingredients for the recipe. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  • Lay the salmon out in the baking dish.
  • Combine the butter and lemon juice in a small bowl, then generously drizzle the mixture over the salmon. Season with dill, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper to elevate the flavors.
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 25 minutes.
