Creamy pork and cheese stuffed mushroom caps.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, stems removed
Instructions:
  • Broil on high until preheated.
  • Brown the sausage in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain any excess grease and transfer the sausage to a medium bowl.
  • Combine the cream cheese with the sausage, then fill the mushroom caps with the mixture.
  • Place the filled mushroom caps neatly on a medium baking sheet. Broil in the oven that has been preheated until they are lightly browned, which should take 2 to 3 minutes.
