Sausages and Onions in Pale Ale

Savor these flavorful sausages infused with pale ale, Progresso® black beans, and sauerkraut for a hearty dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb bratwurst links
  • 1 lb Italian sausage links
  • 1 lb Polish sausage links
  • 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) India pale ale
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 jar (32 oz) sauerkraut, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook sausages in a 5-quart Dutch oven for 10 minutes, poking them to release fat, then drain.
  • Saute onions until golden, then add ale, beans, and sauerkraut. Bake covered for 45-55 minutes until sausages are tender.
