Ingredients:
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cut green beans
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crisp up the bacon on one side, then flip it over. Toss in the almonds and sauté until they are a lovely light golden brown.
  • Transfer crispy bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, preserving the flavorful drippings in the skillet. Crumble or finely chop the bacon and add it back to the skillet. Combine butter with the drippings. Toss in the green beans and sauté until they reach a tender consistency, approximately 8 minutes.
