Ingredients:
  • 4 red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 sheet aluminum foil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup butter, cubed
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill until it reaches medium heat.
  • Place a bed of aluminum foil and arrange the potatoes neatly on top. Add the onion, butter, basil, and garlic in harmonious layers. Sprinkle with a generous amount of salt and pepper for flavor balance. Carefully wrap the foil around the ingredients to create a snug packet and ensure it is sealed securely.
  • Lay the packet on the warm grill over indirect heat and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, approximately 30 minutes, remembering to flip the packet halfway through cooking.
