Creamy scrambled eggs with parsley, creme fraiche, butter, and olive oil - a luxurious breakfast delight!
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche, divided
Instructions:
  • Using an electric mixer, whip eggs in a bowl until they are thick and frothy, which should take approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Gently mix in parsley, black pepper, salt, and white pepper.
  • Combine butter and olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until melted; lower the heat. Stir in egg mixture until slightly set, about 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon creme fraiche and continue cooking until eggs are fully set, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve on a plate and top with the remaining creme fraiche for an indulgent touch.
