Seafood in garlic butter

Easy and elegant DIY seafood dish for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 gm garlic butter spread
  • 1.5kg black mussels, scrubbed, debearded
  • 750g prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 250ml (1 cup) white wine or fish stock
  • 20.00 ml Mediterranean Herb & Spice Blend
  • 530g bread
Instructions:
  • In a large deep saucepan over high heat, melt spread. Add mussels, prawns, and wine or stock. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until mussels open and prawns are tender. Remove any unopened mussels before serving.
  • Transfer the mussels and prawns to a deep serving dish using tongs. Stir the herb blend into the pan juices, season with pepper, then pour over the seafood. Serve with thickly sliced bread.
