Indulgent shrimp fettuccine Alfredo - a decadent blend of creamy Parmesan sauce, succulent shrimp, and al dente pasta. Perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fettuccini pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring it to a vigorous boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute shrimp and garlic in butter for 1 minute. Pour in half-and-half and stir. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly. Fold in parsley and season with salt. Simmer until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
  • Coat fettuccine evenly in sauce; serve hot.
