Elevate your game day spread with this slider-dip hybrid skillet dish - a party hit!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
  • 8 slices (3/4 oz each) American cheese, quartered
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped hamburger pickle chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown beef, onions, and steak seasoning in a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes until beef is cooked; drain. Transfer to a medium bowl, mix in ketchup and mustard. Clean skillet and coat with cooking spray.
  • Divide the dough into 8 biscuits. Slice each biscuit in half to create 2 strips. Flatten each strip into a 4x2-inch rectangle. On one side of each rectangle, place 2 quartered pieces of American cheese and a quartered strip of bacon. Fold the dough over the fillings without sealing and arrange along the skillet's edge.
  • Brush the biscuits with luxurious melted butter and sprinkle them with aromatic sesame seeds. Then, pour the flavorful burger mixture into the center of the skillet.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until biscuits are cooked through and golden brown. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 1 to 3 minutes until melted. Finish by topping with tomatoes and pickles.
