Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package pie crust mix
  • 6 fresh peaches - pitted, skinned, and sliced
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) for the perfect temperature to start cooking.
  • Prepare the crust mix as instructed on the package. Roll out the dough to fit an 8-inch skillet or frying pan, ensuring there is overhang.
  • Arrange the peaches in the pastry lined pan. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and cinnamon, then add dots of butter. Fold the edges of the dough towards the center, leaving a small opening in the middle. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the fruit is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
