Garlic and black pepper marinade elevates weeknight skillet pork chops.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (1 1/2 inches thick) boneless center-cut pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag along with Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Let the chops marinate in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
  • In a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, heat the remaining oil. Brown the marinated pork on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat, simmer while basting with marinade, until pork is no longer pink in the centers, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure pork reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
