Effortlessly tender slow cooker BBQ ribs. No grill needed!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash hot sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper, then arrange them in a shallow baking pan. Bake in the oven until beautifully browned, about 15 minutes per side. Remove and drain the excess fat.
  • Combine ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place ribs in slow cooker, pour sauce over ribs, and coat them evenly.
  • Cook the ribs covered on low heat for 6 to 8 hours until they are tender.
