Slow-cooked BBQ pork ribs for a cozy, family feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups ketchup
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 4 lb pork baby back ribs, cut into 3-rib sections
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • Prepare the slow cooker by greasing it with cooking spray. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then transfer it into the slow cooker. Pour approximately 1 1/2 cups of sauce over the pork, ensuring even coverage. Save the extra sauce for later and refrigerate it.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 6 to 7 hours, or on high heat for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, until almost tender.
  • Take out the pork from the slow cooker and discard the cooking liquid. Put the pork back in the slow cooker and spoon the reserved sauce over it. If you were cooking on High heat, switch to Low. Cover and cook for an additional hour.
