Award-winning Southwest-style meatloaf topped with zesty salsa and barbecue sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Combine ground beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, salsa, ketchup, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, and celery salt in a bowl, then transfer the mixture to a loaf pan.
  • Bake until the top turns golden brown, approximately 1 hour in the preheated oven.
