Whip up a zesty Southwest dip in minutes for a flavorful fiesta!
Ingredients:
  • Tortilla chips, if desired
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, drained
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, then fold in the cheese and chilies.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours to enhance the flavors. Enjoy with crispy tortilla chips.
