Soy and sesame beef

Soy sauce marinade brings flavor effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 24.40 gm oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) Soy Sauce
  • 4 x 180g beef scotch fillet steaks
  • 200g green round beans, halved lengthways
  • 150g sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 22.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • Steamed brown rice or white rice, to serve
  • 12.00 gm toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Add the beef and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat, then cook the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness. Transfer to a plate.
  • Cook the beans and sugar snap peas in boiling water until tender crisp, then drain.
  • Mix together the sweet chili sauce and the rest of the soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Slice the beef thinly. Arrange beef, vegetables, and rice on plates. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
