Enjoy a zesty cinnamon and clove mocktail, perfect for summer refreshment.
Ingredients:
  • 2L (8 cups) apple juice
  • 2 x 7cm cinnamon sticks, lightly crushed
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 4 strips orange peel
  • 4 strips lemon peel
  • 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, combine apple juice, cinnamon, cloves, and peel. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 5 minutes until fragrant. Let cool for 10 minutes, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours in an airtight container.
  • Strain the fresh juice into a stylish pitcher. Divide the sliced apple and crisp ice among elegant serving glasses. Gently pour the refreshing juice over the fruit and ice for a delightful presentation. Serve immediately to enjoy this vibrant and refreshing beverage.
