Slow cooker pork chops with plums, pineapple juice, and spices for a deliciously sweet and spicy dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (3/4 inch thick) boneless pork chops
  • 4 ripe plums, pitted and quartered
  • 0.75 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Add the pork chops and plums to the slow cooker. Combine pineapple juice, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour over the pork chops and plums. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
