Versatile, bold stir-fry sauce for veggies or marinating meat/fish with ginger, garlic, and spice flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup rice wine
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chile paste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, chile paste, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, garlic, cornstarch, and ginger in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
