Delicious spinach lasagna rolls stuffed with Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese, topped with pasta sauce and baked to gooey perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1.25 cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 4 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine fresh spinach, 1 cup of creamy mozzarella, cream cheese, and Parmesan in a spacious bowl until fully mixed. Spread the mixture over the noodles and roll them up snugly. Arrange the rolls in a 9-inch square baking dish with the seam side facing down. Finish by generously topping them with sauce and the remaining 1/4 cup of gooey mozzarella.
  • Bake in the oven until warmed through, approximately 30 minutes.
