Try our irresistible Spiderweb Brownies - rich fudgy brownie base with white chocolate drizzle and spooky spider decorations for a decadent and spooky treat!
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 2/3 cup (4 oz) white vanilla baking chips
Instructions:
  • Combine melted butter, oil, eggs, egg yolk, and heavy cream in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium-high speed for three minutes.
  • Combine the brownie mix and espresso powder in the bowl, mixing until all the dry ingredients are well combined.
  • Prepare a 9x9-inch pan by spraying it with nonstick baking spray or lining it with parchment paper. Transfer the batter to the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the brownies have a crackly top.
  • Cool the brownies in the pan for 10 minutes before gently transferring them onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Melt the white baking chips as directed on the package. Transfer to a piping bag or ziploc bag and snip a tiny hole in the corner. Pipe concentric circles on the brownie, then use a toothpick to create a web-like design by drawing lines inside the circles.
