Spicy sriracha-lime baked kale - a guilt-free, flavorful dish for green lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and get those baking sheets cozied up with some parchment paper.
  • Prepare the kale by washing and removing the ribs. Thoroughly dry the leaves, ensuring they are completely moisture-free. Tear the kale into 2- to 3-inch pieces.
  • Whisk together olive oil, Sriracha hot sauce, lime juice, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Add kale and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread out the kale evenly on baking sheets, making sure the pieces do not overlap.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, then flip any pieces that are getting too browned on the bottom. Continue baking until the kale is crisp, for about 15 more minutes. Cool the kale chips for 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
