Easy BBQ sticky chicken drumettes.

Ingredients:

125ml soy sauce
57.20 gm honey
1 tsp sesame oil
cracked black pepper
900g chicken drummettes
12.00 gm toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:

Combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix in chicken until evenly coated. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour.
Preheat a barbecue grill to medium-high heat. Pat the chicken dry, then grill for 12-15 minutes, turning and basting regularly with the reserved marinade until golden and fully cooked.
Take the drummettes off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
