Savory meatloaf with stuffing mix topped with melted mozzarella cheese - an effortless and wallet-friendly dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 0.75 cup chicken-flavored bread stuffing mix (such as Kraft® Stove Top®)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the beef, onion, stuffing mix, and egg in a bowl, gently mix together with your hands. Firmly press the beef mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is no longer pink. Insert an instant-read thermometer; it should register at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatloaf and allow it to rest until the cheese melts, approximately 10 minutes.
