Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup hoisin sauce
  • 0.25 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
Instructions:
  • Combine hoisin sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Coat each pork chop with the sauce mixture, then transfer to a baking dish. Pour any extra sauce on top. Chill in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes, covered.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Bake the pork chops without a cover until the sauce forms a glossy glaze and the meat is fully cooked, for about 30 to 40 minutes.
