Ingredients:
  • 250g Butternut Snap biscuits
  • 380g Top N Fill Caramel
  • Cooking spray, for greasing
  • Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 150C and lightly coat a patty pan with cooking spray.
  • Top each patty hole with a biscuit and bake until biscuits conform to the tin shape. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Fill the biscuit cups with Top N Fill using a spoon and top with a dollop of cream, if desired.
