Easy baked grouper fillets seasoned with parsley, garlic, pepper, and paprika for a quick and delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika, divided
  • 2 pounds grouper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  • Mix together the melted butter and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture onto the prepared pan.
  • Combine parsley, garlic salt, white pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika in a small bowl and evenly coat both sides of the fillets with the spice mixture before placing them on the prepared pan.
  • Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork. Brush the fillets with the remaining lemon butter, spread mayonnaise, and finish by sprinkling 1/8 teaspoon of paprika before serving.
