Irresistible sweet potato casserole with pecan streusel, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 4.5 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl, then spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine brown sugar and flour in a small bowl. Add 1/3 cup of butter and mix until crumbly, then fold in pecans. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the sweet potatoes.
  • Bake in the oven until beautifully golden for about 25 minutes.
